Trending Theme: Tensions in Kashmir Continue to Rise

Tensions between India and Pakistan have soared following an attack by a suicide bomber in the Kashmir region that killed over 40 Indian paramilitary police. The Pakistan-based militant group Jais-e Mohammed claimed responsibility for the bombing. India has accused Pakistan of complicity in the attack and has recalled its highest level diplomat from the country. Pakistan denies this charge and Pakistan’s Foreign minister has appealed to the UN Secretary General to address the situation.
