Special Trend: USA Ends Iran Oil Waivers

The USA ended waivers today for eight buyers (China, India, Japan, South Korea, Greece, Italy, Turkey, and Taiwan) from importing Iranian oil. The goal of the Trump Administration is to reduce Iranian oil exports to zero, thereby affecting the rentier state economy.
