A resurgent Taliban has renewed devastation across the country, with citizens suffering with food supply shortages and being at constant risk of terrorism and exploitation. The United States of America declared a withdrawal of state troops from Afghanistan in 2014, yet a military presence still remains in the country. In the growing vacuum space the United States leaves behind is an ever-strengthened Taliban.
