Dr. Maha Alandejani is a Research Consultant of Banking and Financial Risk at Global Risk Intelligence. Dr. Alandejani earned her doctorate in Islamic Banking and Finance from the Durham Business School at Durham University in 2014. She previously earned her MSc in Economics from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 2006. She is fluent in Arabic as well as English.
Shaun J. Loria, MA is the Executive Director of the Extraordinary Institute (XI), an organization based in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Nadir Gohari is the President & CEO of Global Risk Intelligence. He earned his doctorate from the School of Government and International Affairs at Durham University. Previously, he earned his Master of Arts degree in International Relations with a focus on the Middle East from the same institution.
Hongbin Gu, MA is currently a Researcher of Strategic Studies at Global Risk Intelligence. He was previously working as a Data Research Analyst at Bloomberg focusing on the renewable energy industry. He was educated in China, Germany and England earning a Master of Arts degree in International Relations with a focus on Europe from the School of Government and International Affairs at Durham University. His research interests include Strategic Studies, Energy Policy, European Union and Chinese Studies. Hongbin is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, German, and English.
